Release Summary

With this release we bring compatibility to Jira 9.0. Atlassian has implemented many improvements internally and improved security measures on multiple code paths.

Therefore some breaking changes were introduced and that is the reason why Customfield Editor for Jira App version 2.14.0 cannot be installed in Jira versions smaller than 9.0 which is in line with our roll forward strategy.

App Upgrade Instructions from Jira 7.x/8.x to 9.x

• On Jira 7.x or 8.x uninstall the Customfield Editor for Jira App
• Upgrade Jira to 9.0 or 9.1
• Install Customfield Editor for Jira App v2.14.0 via the Atlassian Marketplace
